International course developed in collaboration with Alchimia

“MARRIAGE METALS - MIXED METAL TECHNIQUES AND TREATMENT OF SURFACES" is an international course developed in collaboration with Alchimia Contemporary Jewellery School, Florence, Italy, and run by the guest teacher Daniela Boieri.

MARRIAGE METALS course essentially offers to the students the opportunity to invent their own "marriage" of metals. The course program includes techniques for mixing different metals: silver, copper and brass, without welding, and also a wide range of surface treatments and textures.

The objects can be kept only by paying the silver at the end of the workshop. Students can also work with gold, but only if they bring their own material.

2004-2005: Specialization Course with Prof. Manuel Vilhena Alchimia School of Contemporary Jewellery - Florence.

2005-2006: Specialization Course with Prof. Manfred Bischoff Alchimia School of Contemporary Jewellery - Florence.

2006-2007: Quaternitas, Tutored by Prof. Annamaria Zanella. Alchimia School of Contemporary Jewellery - Florence.

Working Experiences:

2009-2010:Peter Bauhuis's assistant in the second year - Alchimia Jewellery School -Florence
